Partnership Opportunities
At Bare Cove Logistics, expansion is always at top of mind. We are actively seeking partnerships with individuals or companies willing to share their expertise and services in the following specific areas of the trucking industry:
We prioritize a thoughtful approach as we continue to expand through partnerships. While we strive for growth with awareness that moving too fast can produce negative results. Of particular concern is onboarding drivers and/or carriers at a realistic pace. Trucking companies planning to lease on
• Freight Broker Operations
• Dispatch Services
• Carrier & Driver Services

with us must participate in a substantial vetting process. An extensive exchange of documents is required, with associated costs for obtaining driving records and creating a Driver Qualification File. This process is time consuming for drivers and our company alike. It would be regrettable for both parties to put so much effort into the onboarding process, only to learn we do not have enough load opportunities to keep our new partners busy.
Given the above-mentioned concerns, we strongly emphasize the addition of productive dispatchers to the team as a leading priority. Only when we can keep our current drivers busy AND verify an abundance of additional load opportunities are we comfortable with establishing new driver/carrier partnerships. We want everyone involved with our company to be successful. To achieve this end, we will make every possible effort to maintain a reasonable balance between available loads, and the quantity of drivers tasked with hauling them.
Details about the partnerships we want to continue establishing are available for review below. Thank you for visiting Bare Cove Logistics online. Together, we can build a stronger future in logistics. We look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you.

PARTNER OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
Freight Broker Operations Position Bare Cove Logistics is currently in the process of applying for freight “Broker Authority” with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. (FMCSA) Our goal is to establish freight-hauling services that cater directly to shipping companies by the end of 2026. We are seeking an individual with a sales background that can direct our forthcoming freight broker venture. This person would work under our broker license (Operating Authority) to secure freight contracts directly from shippers. The contracts would then be assigned to one of our drivers to facilitate pick-up, hauling, and delivery of the freight to its destination. We would prefer somebody who has extensive experience working for a major brokerage firm and well-established relationships with shipping companies. We will also consider motivated individuals who can clearly demonstrate an ability to market & sell our carrier services. A qualified seeker of this position would not be “hired” as an in-house employee. They can operate as “independent contractors” and are free to run our broker operation on their own time, as they see fit. Individuals who feel qualified to fill this role but are not currently registered as independent contractors are welcome to reach out. We will provide assistance free of charge to facilitate registration of your new business entity. As a well-financed company with an established team of drivers and dispatchers, Bare Cove Logistics is in an excellent position to offer the shipping industry reliable freight transportation services at very competitive rates. This partnership opportunity is aptly suited for an independent person that does not possess the broker license and is looking for an alternative to a salaried “9 to 5” job with limited growth potential. A motivated individual with solid industry connections and substantial previous experience working for a larger brokerage firm would receive compensation directly correlated to the volume of revenue they produce. (Percentage-based commission) Those interested in helping us launch this new venture are encouraged to contact our owner Michael directly using the information at the bottom of this page.

Dispatcher Opportunities We are aware that many dispatchers working outside the United States are employed by large companies that pay their employees very little. As company owners ourselves, we understand there are costs associated with doing business that require us to retain certain percentages of gross revenue. However, we strongly disagree with the idea of paying hard-working people a wage so small that it barely covers their living expenses. Quality dispatchers are the lifeblood of our company. Without the effort they put forth forming broker relationships and sourcing loads for us, our trucks do not generate revenue. Dispatch Partners of Bare Cove Logistics are paid the entire agreed-upon commission, which is at least 5% of gross revenue for high volume producers. Dispatchers without an established company or business license are welcome to join our team. We only have two requirements: 1.) You must have the ability to dispatch one truck with a minimum gross monthly revenue of $30,000.00 per truck OR work in a brokerage capacity under our license by sourcing loads directly from shippers. 2.) To receive commissions for your services, you must set up a payment platform, which can be your choice of Venmo, Bank Wire, or Zelle. We do not require you to have a business banking account - any one of those three payment platform options can be a personal account. Any individual that can meet both requirements above is invited to partner with us. We understand that leaving the safety net of an employer is a difficult decision to make. Please understand that Bare Cove Logistics supports our partners to the maximum extent possible. Qualified individuals that are concerned about not having access to office infrastructure such as devices, reliable phone/text service, high speed internet, and load board subscriptions are welcome to reach out to us for assistance. Reliable dispatch services are essential as we continue to expand operations by adding additional trucks and drivers to our team. Every truck we add to our fleet must be adequately supported with a steady volume of hauls. For efficiency, we have two categories for load dispatching: Individual Load Dispatching and Dedicated Dispatching. Individual Load Dispatching Individuals who are interested in dispatching us on loads are encouraged to sign up for access to our Dispatcher Portal. The portal is used to submit individual load ideas, as opposed to higher volumes of dedicated dispatch work. There are no minimum requirements for portal access - all are welcome. For these type of load referrals, Bare Cove Logistics LLC pays 3-5% commissions with the final commission rate negotiated in advance of the haul. The commission rate will depend on the quality of the referral. Commissions are submitted for payment immediately after we are unloaded at the receiver's facility and presented with a signed Bill of Lading. Payment is sent via your choice of Venmo, Bank Wire, or Zelle. To learn more about our rate, mileage, and load requirement policies, please visit the “Dispatchers” section of our website using the site menu at the top of this page. Our Dispatcher Portal sign-up link is available on that page as well. Dedicated Dispatching While some dispatchers work with different drivers each day securing individual load opportunities from different brokers, others dedicate themselves to one, or a small group of drivers. Our dedicated dispatch partners exclusively manage the load needs of specific drivers, rather than advertising their services to the industry at large. A successful dedicated dispatcher is experienced and has well-established broker relationships within the trucking industry. They must speak clear English, communicate effectively, and work well with others. Dispatchers with the ability to dispatch one or more full-time trucks with a minimum gross monthly revenue of $30,000.00 per truck are invited to reach out to us. Those who consistently work with us in this capacity can expect commissions of at least 5%, and often more for the best producers. As an added incentive, we also pay a $0.10 per mile bonus to dispatchers for every additional mile ran beyond the first 10,000 miles in a calendar month. One of the independent dispatchers we partner with keeps four semi-trucks running full-time at an average combined gross revenue of $127,675.00 per month. (October through December of 2025, three-month average for all four trucks) Due to the substantial volume of work he produces, David is paid a 6.5% commission. At the end of his best month during that period (November 2025) the four trucks David managed grossed $134,225.00 combined, earning him a commission payment of $8725.00, plus the mileage bonus. Qualified individuals interested in providing dedicated dispatch services for one or more trucks are encouraged to contact our owner Michael directly using the information at the bottom of this page.
Dispatcher Opportunities
Driver & Carrier Opportunities As our dispatch network continues to expand, Bare Cove Logistics must continue to secure the services of additional carriers and drivers that can haul the increasing volume of freight available to us. Bare Cove Logistics invites qualified drivers and carriers to join our team by leasing your trucks onto our company. We offer flexible terms and can customize the details of the lease agreement based on your specific needs. When leased onto us, you drive your truck, but Bare Cove Logistics provides the insurance, dispatch services, and regulatory compliance. (IFTA, DOT) This is a great option for newer authorities that are trying to reduce startup costs, do not want to endure the ongoing FMCSA compliance tasks, or are having difficulty securing work from brokers due to their lack of an established record in the trucking industry. As a partner of Bare Cove Logistics, you would lease our MC number, in exchange for a percentage of your gross revenue. It is worth noting that access to the broker resources that a mature authority has to offer usually offsets the percentage paid for the lease agreement, as earning potential is higher when leased on to an established authority. For example: You are interested in booking a 1000-mile haul. As a newer carrier, you find a broker willing to work with you and secure a load they are offering at a rate of $2.35 per mile. Your gross revenue in this example would be $2350. After your operating expenses (such as fuel) are covered, the rest is your profit to keep. Sounds great, right? Maybe so, but please consider this alternative: Bare Cove Logistics regularly books loads in the $3.50 - $4.00 per mile range. If you were leased on to us, it would be business as usual for one of our dispatchers to secure you a load at $3.75 per mile, producing gross revenue of $3750 for a 1000-mile haul. After paying your lease percentage to us, your own gross revenue would look like this: Load Gross Revenue: $3750 Less 20% Lease Fee: - $750 Your Gross Revenue: $3000 Despite having to pay a percentage of gross revenue for the cost of leasing onto another carrier, an additional $650 was earned in comparison to the $2350 gross at $2.35 per mile. ($3000 - $2350 = +$650) This is a typical example of the greater profits that come from leasing onto an established carrier’s authority. Also note that the 20% commission in the example given above is significantly more than we charge for 95% of our lease on partnerships. Aside from Rate Per Mile considerations, leasing onto Bare Cove Logistics has several additional advantages for drivers and carriers: • Expedited startup: Bare Cove Logistics oversees all the FMCSA compliance requirements which eliminates many of the administrative headaches for the driver/carrier partners. • Our driver/carrier partners do not need to provide their own $1,000,000 liability insurance policy, as you would be covered under ours. ($750,000 is the minimum FMCSA requirement but most brokers will not work with less than $1,000,000) • Access to the Bare Cove Logistics freight base and dispatch services, thus higher rates per mile and avoidance of unscrupulous brokers who often do not disclose the details of the lane they are offering. A receiving facility with a reputation for regularly detaining trucks for 8 or more hours onsite before unloading is NEED TO KNOW information. Some brokers “forget” to mention details like that, leading to costly delays. Bare Cove Logistics maintains an extensive list of thousands of brokers and shipping/receiving facilities including those we love to work with - and the ones to avoid. • You are your own boss - not our employee. Provided the partner drivers/carriers give us an honest assessment of their availability for the upcoming month, they are welcome to work as little or often as they choose. Please keep in mind that driver/carrier partners will still need their own LLC, a USDOT number, and a properly registered semi-truck. If you are having difficulty navigating any application or registration processes that pertain to the trucking industry, we are here to help. Upon request, Bare Cove Logistics staff can assist you with compliance tasks at no cost. If you are interested in partnering with us and have questions or require assistance, please feel free to reach out using the contact information provided below. DRIVER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bare Cove Logistics has a strict policy concerning the qualifications of the drivers we onboard. We will not make exceptions to any of these minimum driver requirements: • Drivers must be at least 25 years of age. • Drivers must be a US citizen with a verifiable address that matches driver's license. • Drivers must possess a valid CDL-A & DOT Medical, regardless of truck type. The license must not contain restrictions. We will not onboard drivers with a “Manual” restriction on their CDL-A. • Drivers must possess a High School degree or higher, speak and write English clearly & fluently, and be computer & smartphone proficient. • Drivers must have 5 years of total driving experience in any Class of vehicle, with zero accidents or traffic violations in the previous 5 years. • Drivers must have 2 years of full-time, verifiable OTR experience that was conducted with a Class A CDL in a semi-truck with a sleeper cab, or a box truck. Drivers that own a properly registered semi-truck that meet the above requirements are welcome to reach out to us to discuss partnership opportunities in greater detail. Please contact our owner Michael directly using the information at the bottom of this page.
