Bare Cove Logistics LLC, Company Information & Policies:

*We have a factoring agreement with OTR Solutions. The broker must be on OTR's list of approved vendors for us to accept the load.

*Our "Carrier Operation" is Interstate. (Over-The-Road) We are authorized to carry General Freight. 

*At this time, we cannot accept loads that require additional permitting beyond the provisions of our current MC authorization. 

*We cannot accept loads that require us to provide advance funding of any kind. 

*We reserve the right to refuse a trailer if we deem that the one provided is not in roadworthy condition.

*We follow all speed limits, driving laws, and FMCSA Hours-of-Service regulations. Though we strive for, and rountinely achieve 

  prompt delivery, under no circumstances will we endager public safety or our cargo to "get there faster." 

ADDITIONAL NOTICES: We WILL NOT send money in advance for any reason, or conduct financial transactions of any kind until

the load has been delivered to the destination. We will make no exceptions to this policy.

There is nothing that we love more than long-term, productive professional relationships with our vendors. We will always remain loyal and work hard for the companies that support us. However - organizations that spam us with endless, repetitive phone calls, text messages, and emails will be ignored and blocked from our contact lists. Rude, disrespectful, and/or pushy behavior guarantees that we will not continue to do business with you.
